The Minister for Food and Agriculture, Dr Owusu Afriyie Akoto on Wednesday 22nd September, 2021 at the Ministry’s Conference room inaugurated a nine-member board of directors for Cocoa Marketing Company (CMC) to manage the operations of the company.
The Minister who led the board members administered the Oath of office and Secrecy said their re- appointment was based on their experiences and knowledge.
The Board Chair Mr Joseph Kobina Essibu thanked the President and the Minister for their continuous confidence in them for their re-appointment and that the team will continue to work hard and promised not to let the president down for the opportunity given to them to serve the Country.
The 9-member board includes Mr Joseph Kobina Essibu, Mr Vincent Okyere Akomeah, Hon. Andy Appiah-Kubi, Dr. Emmanuel Tuffour, Mrs Elsie Awadzi, Mr Osei Owusu-Agyeman, Mr Willian Benjamin Essuah, Dr. Emmanuel Opoku.
