Oboye Azimah, a Tamale-based motorcycle dealer, has donated 10 Apsonic motorcycles to the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA) as part of its contribution towards the 42nd National Farmers’ Day Celebration.

Receiving the motorcycles, the Minister for Food and Agriculture, Hon. Eric Opoku, expressed the Ministry’s appreciation to the company for the gesture and its continued support for Ghana’s agricultural sector.

The Minister encouraged individuals and businesses to contribute to the development of agriculture in whatever way they could, stressing that every contribution, regardless of its size, could make a difference.

The Chief Executive Officer of Oboye Azimah, Mr. Imoro Abdul Razak, said the company is pleased to support the Ministry and the agricultural sector.

He explained that the contribution is part of the company’s commitment to supporting agriculture in Ghana and expressed the hope that the company would be able to sustain its support as it expands its operations across the country.

The donation is expected to support activities associated with this year’s National Farmers’ Day celebration which will take place on Friday, December 4, 2026 and also contribute to the Ministry’s efforts to promote and advance Ghana’s agricultural development.
